No Fuss Salmon Cakes


  • 2 cans salmon (preferably wild caught), flaked
  • 2 baked sweet potatoes, mashed
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 scallions- chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dill (dried or fresh)
  • ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper


Mash all ingredients together and incorporate well.  Form into patties by placing ⅓ cup mixture in hand and patting out.

Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 20 min on 400 degrees,  then flip and cook 10 min more until golden brown. I love to top them with mashed avocado or mayo with a drizzle of sriracha on top! Enjoy!!
