The Perfect Granola


  • 1 cup oats (for grain-free granola sub unsweetened shredded coconut)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (or nut of your choice)
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon OR 2 drops doTERRA cinnamon oil


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dump all ingredients into a large bowl and stir. Pour onto a large pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, pull out to stir. Bake 10 more minutes OR until golden brown. ENJOY!
