This my friends is how you heal your gut and change your life! There is a huge difference in suppressing symptoms and actually healing.

  1. It starts with the diagnosis. If you don’t know what the exact problem is, how on earth will you ever heal it? It’s kinda like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping it sticks Getting an accurate diagnosis requires highly accurate, sensitive, and specific testing. Choose the right practitioner and right test and you are half way there.
  2. Once you have a diagnosis, the proper protocol is paramount. You’ll also want to be sure your practitioner takes time to explain the protocol in full and is available to chat with if adjustments need to be made.
  3. Finally, no pill will solve everything, even if it is natural. Diet and lifestyle are a huge piece of gut healing and total wellness. But again, these alone will not solve everything, especially when you have underlying pathogens, maldigestion, low immunity, and dysbiosis.
