Ditch those Soft Drinks!

Cheers to better health is 2021!
Let’s start by cutting back on the sugar! One of the biggest sources of sugar we consume on the daily is in our drinks, especially sodas.
FACT: there are 32 grams of sugar in a 12 oz can of soda and did you know that exceeds the recommended allowance per day for adults and kids?  One drink and you’ve over extended your “daily allowance” for sugar. It should be no surprise we are a sick society. So many diseases feed on sugar, especially cancer. The best thing we can do for our health is get rid of it!

One thing that’s helped me tremendously over the years is cutting out soda! Try replacing it with a healthier alternative. Here’s my fav concoction:

  • Lime juice
  • Ginger essential oil
  • Sparkling water
  • Stevia if you want the sweetness

It’s like making your own Ginger Ale!
And, the best way to break a habit is to replace it with a healthier one!
